Agendaly helps businesses communicate with customers through WhatsApp. When you book with a business using Agendaly, you may receive WhatsApp messages about:
- booking requests and confirmations
- reminders
- payment or deposit links
- MoMo/manual payment proof
- waitlist offers
- rescheduling or cancellation
- intake forms
- classes, packages, or credits
- customer support
- offers or broadcasts where allowed and where you have not opted out
You can ask the business to stop certain messages, or reply STOP to opt out of non-essential updates. WhatsApp message delivery depends on WhatsApp/Meta and may sometimes be delayed or fail.
MoMo / manual payments
Where a business accepts MoMo or manual payment proof, uploading a screenshot does not automatically confirm that payment has been received. The business checks its account and verifies the payment before confirming your booking. You may see “Payment proof received, awaiting verification” until the business confirms.
