If you are a customer of a business using Agendaly, we may need to coordinate with that business to respond to your request, as the business controls its own customer data.
We verify the identity of the requester before releasing data, and we do not disclose one business’s or one customer’s data to another. Some data may need to be retained for legal, security, fraud-prevention, dispute, backup, or audit purposes.
